Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and upgrade SAP R/3, ECC6, NetWeavers based on AIX/ Oracle Database
• Backup and recovery strategy from the view of understanding what is critical to the operating of SAP R/3 , ECC6, NetWeavers systems
• Experience in day to day SAP BASIS administration, problem determination, performance, monitoring
• Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance
• Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, transports)

Technical Requirements:

• SAP BC R3
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux)
• Knowledge of databases (SAP DB, ORACLE, DB2, etc)
• Understanding of small services/business unit operation (budgeting, resource management, planning, delivery, reporting)
• People management or team leadership experience
• Internationally recognized project management certification is an advantage
• Strong customer service skills

Other Requirements:

• Minimum advanced level of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of French / Italian could be an advantage
• Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment

• Communicative and able to work in a team
