Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in complex multi-vendor environment
• Enhanced knowledge of Cisco IOS and PIX/Checkpoint FW-1
• Enhanced knowledge IP-services (DNS,DHCP)
• Knowledge of Switch and Router Configuration
• Knowledge of operational systems (Windows NT/ 2K/ UNIX/ SUN/ AIX/ Linux)
• Knowledge in Nortel and 3COM network devices
• Knowledge of Tivoli SW (Net view, TEC)
• CISCO/ Checkpoint certification
• Experience in systems and network monitoring
• Ability to work in 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Other Requirements:

• Minimum advanced level of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of French / German could be an advantage
• Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment
• Analytical skills
• Communicative and able to work in a team
• Technical University degree
• IT certificates
• Able to work in a multi cultural environment
