Currently, we are looking for a contribution to our Recruitment team based in Prague, who will cover from the senior recruiter position the hiring processes for our stable partners – leading international providers of IT services.

Responsibilities:

As a member of recruitment team, you will handle predominantly the pre-screening and selection part of the recruitment cycle for selected positions.

• Conducting in-depth screening for potential candidates

• Managing the full recruiting processes for selected positions

• Negotiating and presenting offers

Requirements:

• Very good command of spoken and written English

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently, self-driven individual

• Flexibility, reliability, versatility,

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office

• At least 2 years of previous experience in HR and Recruitment
