It covers the entire EMEA region 24 hours and 7 days a week serving its various International customers throughout Europe, for different market segments like Industry, Banking, Telecommunication, Automotive, Pharmaceutics and Logistics. That involves NATEK IT specialists to work with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a great variety of expertise to satisfy the needs of our customer – Unix/AIX, Windows, Tivoli, Lotus Notes, Oracle DBA, Mainframes... From junior to senior level, we are always pleased to receive talented IT specialists ready to new challenges within NATEK. Responsibilities:
System operator is the main coordinator inside the service delivery center. Usually called Command Center, they survey and monitor system errors, application errors, hardware issues. Most of the incidents come through the System operations. They process, dispatch and process, dispatch and follow up on the problem and changes. This is the 1st level of support in the SSO organization.
- Alert Management
- Ticket and change management
- Problem determination and dispatching
- 1st level administration on all competencies - administration, hardware and applications
- Production Control (Batch and job control management)
- Escalation initiating and tracking
- Alerting control via reports
Technical requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows 95/98/NT/Me/2000/2003/XP/Vista, Mac OS X, Linux, Unix
- Basic Knowledge of networking:
- Switches, access points and modems: Zyxel, Intel, IBM, Cisco, HP
- Configuration, management and troubleshooting of MAN / WAN / LAN / PAN networks
- PC hardware knowledge – hardware troubleshooting and solving problems of all PC’s parts
- PC installation, configuration, security and further management
- Linux/Windows Servers Administration (routing, mail, web servers, traffic control, DHCP, DNS, SSH, voip, vpn, firewalls)
- Data entry
Other requirements:
- Graduate with a technical degree
- Fresh IT graduates with some basic internship experience are welcome
- French and English languageknowledge on advanced level
- Reliable, responsiveness, flexible
- Communication skills, highmotivation, teamwork skills

- Ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment
